They’re seeking a Compliance & Production Manager to join their tight-knit team and take the lead on end-to-end production, global logistics, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements for packaging, formulations, and product certifications

Manage international product registrations and maintain all compliance documentation

Coordinate end-to-end production timelines and supplier communications

Oversee purchase orders, cost tracking, and global sourcing in collaboration with

Finance

Maintain artwork and packaging specs; liaise with design teams and suppliers for approvals

Supervise product coding, barcoding, and repacking across global warehouse partners

Manage shipping logistics and customs processes; liaise with freight providers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar production, logistics, or compliance role—ideally within skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG

Strong understanding of global compliance standards and how they apply to skincare products

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Confident communicator with experience in supplier management and international logistics

High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
