About the Role

As an Estimator/Project Coordinator, you'll be a key player in the day-to-day operations, responsible for estimating and coordinating a range of window furnishing projects from quotation through to installation. You will liaise with stakeholders on-site and in the showroom, ensuring every project is delivered with care, precision, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotes/tenders and documentation based on site visits and plans

Attend client meetings, showroom appointments, and site visits

Coordinate project timelines, manage installation progress, and provide regular client updates

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and documentation

Work closely with office staff to maintain seamless communication and workflow

Manage purchase orders and job documentation

Deliver exceptional customer service from project initiation to completion

What You'll Bring

Experience in the window furnishings industry is preferred

Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret building plans (desirable)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

A professional, client-focused attitude

Valid Australian work rights

Full, current Australian driver’s licence

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
