Phase 3 Ecom is a leading Done-for-You E-Commerce Sales Growth company and we thrive on creating stand-out online sales campaigns to help our clients reach their e-commerce sales growth goals.

As our ecommerce client roster continues to grow we’re seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for planning, designing, creating and managing creative campaigns for a diverse range of clients, products and industries.

You will work closely with the entire fulfilment team to deliver sales converting content for our clients across a wide range of e-commerce brands.

This is a full-time remote role. Immediate Start.

What you'll be doing:

Contributing to social and ad creative, messaging, and content angles.

Creating image and short-form video content for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid ads.

Storytelling using creative writing skills to craft engaging, authentic and on-brand content.

Plan, implement manage high-frequency ad content calendars across multiple brands.

Scheduling content development and deployment at least two weeks ahead.

Ensuring content is closely aligned with the strategic direction as set down by our Custom Success Managers.

Coordinate directly with other stakeholders (clients, videographers, content creators etc) to deliver content on time.

Develop and execute channel-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Leverage trend intelligence and platform algorithm insights to create sales converting content.

Contribute to performance reviews of generated content through tracking, platform insights and creative best practices with the wider team.

Ensure consistent tone, energy, and brand voice across all assets.

Keep an eye on the market with trends and competitor activity

Participate in team creative brainstorming and planning sessions, offering creative concepts.

Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers on campaign rollouts, product launches, and key sales events.

What You’ll Bring

2–3 years of experience in content coordination, social media or digital marketing roles

Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

Working knowledge of image and video editing software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut and Canva etc.

Experience with AI tools to support and enhance content creation and to improve and manage workflow efficiency

A deep understanding of what’s working on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok and know how to adapt content to suit each platform.

Strong creative writing skills

Highly organised, detail oriented and thrive in fast-paced, creative environment.

Deep passion for aesthetics and design.

Constantly up-to-date with the latest social media and content marketing trends.

A deep understanding of what’s working on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok and know how to adapt content to suit each platform.

Ability to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently and keep production moving smoothly.

Capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal and external teams.
