About the role

Canberra Flooring Experts Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Sales and Project Manager to join our team in Mitchell, ACT. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in the growth and delivery of our commercial flooring projects across the region. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, project delivery, and client relationships for our commercial flooring clients.

What you'll be doing

Proactively manage the full sales cycle for domestic and commercial flooring projects, from initial client engagement through to contract signing

Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on the best flooring solutions for their projects

Oversee the successful delivery of commercial flooring projects, coordinating with the installation team to ensure timely and high-quality completion

Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns

Contribute to the development of new business proposals and tenders to expand our commercial client base

Support the wider team with product knowledge, sales support, and project management expertise

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a commercial flooring sales or project management role, ideally within the construction industry

Strong technical knowledge of commercial flooring products, installation methods, and industry standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams

Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget

A customer-centric approach, with a demonstrated track record of providing exceptional client service

Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field
