Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to scope, design and deliver the annual Line 2 Compliance plan
• Develop a strong understanding of the organisation's compliance framework and apply the 3LOD model
• Leverage practical experience to design and implement a fit-for-purpose Line 2 compliance model tailored to the business context
• Create and manage the annual compliance work program
• Design a comprehensive compliance reporting package for executive and board-level stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance key compliance-related policies, frameworks, and tools
• Build and nurture effective working relationships with Legal and Line 1 compliance functions
• Influence business units and key stakeholders to embed improved practices within the Line 2 compliance model

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in a Line 2 compliance role
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with well-developed commercial acumen
• Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Genuine drive to lead, influence, and implement meaningful change
