Responsibilities:

• Providing clear and ethical compliance advice on regulatory and conduct risks across public and private side activities, including securitisation, debt issuance, and syndicate functions
• Leading and developing a high-performing compliance team across Australia and Singapore, while fostering a strong risk culture
• Supporting the integration and application of risk frameworks through collaboration with business and compliance stakeholders
• Managing regulatory engagement across jurisdictions, including submissions, investigations, and day-to-day interactions
• Offering strategic insights on regulatory change and maintaining strong internal relationships to drive consistent, proactive risk management across Markets functions

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience in working in complex, highly regulated organisations, ideally a financial institution or investment bank
• Extensive experience in Global Markets Compliance role/Regulatory Compliance role with strong exposure to Debt Capital Markets
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relating to public side sales and research business and private side Capital Markets activities, including Debt Capital Markets, Securitisation and Syndicate.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and successfully influence change with senior business stakeholders
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop a highly engaged and motivated team and foster a healthy working culture.
