Accounts Officer and Occasional Support with Customer Service

$30-40 per hour

Strapit Medical & Sports Supplies is an Australian Sports Tape and Medical Brand that manufactures and distributes our tape brand both in Australia and Globally in over 36 countries.

While we have a global footprint we are a small fantastic team with an open floor plan with great energy and desire for the group & brands success.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

• Reconcile bank statements and daily transactions

• Support weekly financial reporting

• Various reconciliations

• Monitor and follow-up on overdue debtors

• Occasional Customer Service Support based on busy periods

• Ad-hoc duties as required by the business

About you: We're looking for someone with:

· Someone with experience in accounts and happy to answer the phone and talk to customers from time to time

· Knowledge of finance processes such as accounts payable and receivable

· Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Xero. Xero is a requirement

· Experience with DEAR Inventory System & Shopify is desirable but not essential.
