Your New Role

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee and expand a national firm's practice in NSW. You’ll lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance and quality assurance, develop strategic partnerships, and advocate for tech-driven transformation within legal services. Key duties include:

Collaborate with other Heads of Practice to lead and support a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managers.

Provide strategic leadership aligned with governance and partnership requirements.

Ensure practice compliance with regulatory standards and other policies.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development.

Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, particularly in real estate and finance.

Supervise staff development and lead structured learning and development initiatives.

About You

5–8 + years of post-admission experience in property law with a principal practicing certificate (or the ability to obtain one).

Proven track record in leading and mentoring high-performing legal teams.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and business success.

Demonstrated ability to execute business growth strategies and expand service offerings.

Enthusiasm, confidence, energy, and positivity.
