About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at the UNITED STONE AUS PTY LTD' showroom in Bexley, NSW. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service within our state-of-the-art showroom.

What you'll be doing

Providing personalised sales support and product expertise to customers, helping them select the perfect tile and stone solutions for their projects

Demonstrating products, handling enquiries, and guiding customers through the sales process

Achieving individual and team sales targets by converting leads into sales

Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed on industry trends

Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the showroom

Ensuring a exceptional customer experience from start to finish

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, preferably within the building/construction materials industry

Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of our tile and stone products

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

A driven, self-motivated approach and the determination to exceed sales targets

Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help customers find the perfect solution
