Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of the showroom.

Ensure the showroom is well-organised, visually appealing, and updated regularly to showcase the latest trends and products.

Greet customers, understand their renovation needs, and provide expert advice on products, materials, and design options.

Meet or exceed sales targets by converting showroom visitors into customers through effective sales techniques.

Assist customers with questions, concerns, and after-sales service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Train and develop showroom staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans when necessary.

Stay updated on the latest bathroom renovation products, technologies, and trends to provide informed advice to customers and staff.

Be motivated and innovative.

Skills & Experience

Strong sales background to engage with clients and understand their renovation needs.

Ability to assist clients in selecting styles, colours, and layouts that suit their space and preferences.
