About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team as a Junior Account Executive. This is a career development role that starts in Sales Development (SDR), where you’ll learn the foundations of enterprise sales, before progressing into a full Junior Executive position.
You'll work closely with senior sales leaders to build a pipeline, generate leads, and eventually manage end-to-end sales cycles. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in SaaS sales with a strong interest in politics and public affairs.
What You’ll Do (Stage 1 – Sales Development Representative):
Generate qualified outbound leads through a mix of cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and event support
Conduct discovery calls and set up meetings for Account Executives
Research target industries and prospects to inform outreach strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate with Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
What You’ll Do (Stage 2 – Junior Account Executive):
Take ownership of selected sales opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales process
Build relationships with stakeholders across government affairs, corporate affairs, and consulting
Deliver tailored product demos and develop proposals based on client needs
Develop and manage a personal pipeline and forecast opportunities accurately
Contribute to team sales strategies and share market insights
Who You Are:
You have an interest in politics, public affairs, or government
You’re curious, driven, and eager to build a career in B2B sales
You’re a confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone
You thrive in fast-paced environments and love working toward goals
You are highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
