About the role

As a Client Experience Coordinator at DTMF Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in our Preston, Victoria office, where you will be responsible for managing client enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing prompt and courteous responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Processing client orders, returns, and other requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and activities
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure their satisfaction
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our client service processes and procedures
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using various computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably within the client administration or sales support industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
