Our client is a growing, mid-tier accounting firm based in Melbourne. The Role
You will be a key member of the administration team, acting as the first point of contact for clients, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining an organised office environment. This role would suit someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working closely with different teams and with the ability to lead and support an off-shore admin team.
Note this is a full-time, in-office role.
Responsibilities
- Reception - answer calls and emails, and greeting clients in office
- General office support - maintaining office stationary and supplies, collecting mail and managing the CRM
- Appointments & Executive Support - calendar management, plan activities and events as well as taking meeting minutes
- Bookkeeping - raising invoices, reconciling and pulling reports
- Client Satisfaction - Communicate with clients, maintain databases and respond to general enquiries
- Team work - Supporting the junior off-shore team and assist in training new employees
About You
- This role would suit someone who enjoys variety in their day, is self-motivated, and enjoys communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 2+ yrs experience in administration (within a professional services environment - desirable).
- Passionate about delivering excellent client service.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
- Experience with Xero, FuseSign, FYIdocs, BGL, CAS 360, ATOmate and /or Ignition - desirable
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
