About the Role
As a Client Engagement Coordinator at IAG, you will be the first point of contact for individuals with disabilities, their families, and other service providers. Your role is crucial in delivering personalised support solutions that enhance the quality of life for our clients.
- Collaborate with NDIS participants to develop and implement personalised support plans that align with their goals and aspirations
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their evolving needs are met with compassion and respect
- Lead the creation and coordination of tailored care plans across Disability and Aged Care services, placing individual goals at the centre
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, high-quality, person-centred support
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing service requests with confidence and care
About you
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Disability Services or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience providing superior client care and engagement is essential (experience working as a NDIS Client Coordinator, Support Coordinator preferred).
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Sound understanding of care plan management and review.
- Knowledge of NDIS Framework and Community Services Funding Models.
- High level of computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent ability to connect and build rapport with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex disability or related client presentations and complexities.
