We’re growing - and so is our People & Culture team!

We’re on the lookout for a part-time P&C Coordinator to join us 3 days per week. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day rhythm of our P&C operations, while also contributing to people-focused projects that help shape a great team member experience as we grow.

You’ll work closely with the P&C Manager, jumping into everything from culture initiatives and internal comms to helping keep our systems, processes & policies up to date.

What you’ll do:

P&C Coordination & Admin

Be the go-to for everyday HR queries & support

Coordinate recruitment admin: job ads, interview scheduling, onboarding tasks

Deliver smooth onboarding & offboarding experiences for all team members

Assist with employment documentation including contracts, letters & record keeping

Maintain team member files, job descriptions & training documentation

Support performance & salary review administration

Culture, Engagement & Communication

Coordinate initiatives for our monthly recognition program, birthdays, milestones & celebrations

Assist with internal communications & P&C updates

Support engagement surveys & feedback processes

Compliance, Systems & Data

Maintain up-to-date HRIS & employee data

Regularly review time & attendance & leave data to support payroll accuracy

Help maintain policies, templates & compliance records

Support WHS / safety & compliance initiatives

Assist with office coordination where needed

Projects & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to P&C projects & initiatives aligned with our people strategy

Suggest & support improvements to our internal processes & tools

What you’ll need:

Experience: Previous experience in a HR administrative or support role

Study: A HR or business-related qualification (ideal, but not essential)

Skills: Super organised with a great eye for detail, strong written & verbal communication

People-Centric Mindset: You care about prioritising the happiness & wellbeing of team members & building a positive workplace

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite and Asana & experience administering a HRIS

Passion: An interest in fitness & wellness is a big plus! But a passion for people is key

Team Player: You will be a team player & bring an enthusiastic attitude to work each day - helping to build strong relationships & positive atmosphere for our team.
