About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on administrative position within our People & Culture team. You’ll support our HR Business Partners and Recruitment Lead in delivering a seamless employee experience across our national footprint.
This position will be located in Brisbane but will work with team members nationally.
Key responsibilities include:
Onboarding support and employment contract generation
HR system data entry and maintenance (Dayforce)
Managing electronic personnel files and HR databases
Responding to HR enquiries and triaging to relevant team members
Supporting workers’ compensation and WHS administration
Assisting with recruitment admin: posting ads, tracking applications, pre-employment checks
Supporting strategic HR projects, including a new HRIS implementation
What we’re looking for:
A motivated self-starter with a passion for People & Culture
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisation skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Some admin or office experience is a plus
HR qualification or current HR study is desirable
We support a flexible work environment with the opportunity for employee's to work from home where suitable to do so, 1 to 2 days per week.
