We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team on a Part-Time basis, partnering nationally with our Podiatry and Hand Therapy divisions.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the employee experience, support operational leaders, and contribute to key growth initiatives including integrating newly acquired businesses into the Healthia network.
You’ll work closely with clinical and operational leaders, delivering hands-on generalist support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent, engagement, leadership capability, and workforce development.
Your Key Focus Areas
Partner with leaders to provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, policy advice, and day-to-day HR matters.
Manage the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Coach leaders on managing employee relations, driving engagement, and resolving workplace issues.
Support employee relations processes, including investigations, performance plans, and conflict resolution.
Ensure HR documentation and contracts are accurately prepared and aligned with compliance requirements.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations to enhance engagement and retention.
What We’re Looking For:
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience as an HR Advisor or Generalist, ready to step up into a business partner role.
Strong understanding of Australian employment law and industrial relations.
Great communication and influencing skills – you know how to build trust and relationships across all levels.
A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for partnering with leaders to drive results.
