This is an excellent opportunity to join Armada’s Administration Team as a Junior Administration Assistant supporting our Tax & Accounting, Reception and People & Culture teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to our People and Culture Manager, your responsibilities will include:
· Being the first impression of Armada as a member of the Reception Team.
· Answering phone calls, assisting clients upon arrival.
· General administration duties including data entry, mail sorting, scanning and filing.
· Using the ATO Portal for lodgements and queries
· Setting up meeting rooms for training, meetings and events.
· General tidiness of facilities including Reception, Meetings Rooms, Kitchens and Bathroom.
· Assist the People & Culture team with recruitment, people engagement activities and training administration.
· Assist in the delivery of the Health and Well-being program.
· Various administrative tasks for the Managing Director and People & Culture Manager.
ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, you will firstly bring enthusiasm, an interest in administration as a career and helping people. You will be energetic, well organised and a quick learner who can take initiative while also learning from those around you. You will be well presented, and confident in communicating with client and your colleagues.
We’re looking for someone who has:
· At least 1 year of experience in a Reception or Administration role.
· Competency in software such as M365 and Canva.
· You will be comfortable around computers and computer hardware.
· A Diploma of Administration or Human Resources or similar qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
· High levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry and reporting.
· A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, and willingness to support the team as needed.
