About the Role:

Our ideal assistant administrator has the following attributes:
· Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles (as evidenced by all communications related to client referrals, onboarding, and funding actioned within 24 hours)
· Ability to bring a positive attitude to work and show initiative
· An ability to work autonomously and as a team player when required
· Ability to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming reception and office area as well as common areas at all times
· Ability to follow procedures, processes, and systems including uploading documents to PRODA (or other internal and external systems)
· Support billing tasks as required and ensure that all reimbursements are processed accurately and uploaded to the appropriate system within 48 hours of submission.
· Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in assisting with other reasonable administrative tasks as directed by the senior administrator and clinical management.
In addition, our ideal assistant administrator will bring the following experience to their new role:
· Prior experience as an assistant administrator preferably in a medical or healthcare setting or NDIS environment
· Possess strong organisational skills, excellent time management, and adopts a positive work – life balance
This role requires the following:
· NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
· Current National Police Clearance
· Working with Children Check
We would be looking for someone who is available for an immediate start or as soon as possible.
