About the Role

Opportunity for an Junior Administration Assistant to join the team at Melbourne Hydraulics based in Keysborough.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

Providing general administration support to the team within the office

Answering and redirecting calls

Greeting all customers

Inputting bills and invoices into Xero

General house keeping

This opportunity is a full-time role. However, part-time and casual hours can be negotiated where hours can be spread across a 5 day week.

About You

Previous administration or customer service experience is preferable

Clear and direct communication skills

Ability to work independently

Attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Good time management skills

High organisational skills

Knowledge of Excel highly regarded by not essential

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
