We are a guerrilla and ambient marketing company, based in Marrickville, seeking a Business Development Manager to join our long-term, core team. Transitional training and coaching are provided.

People who have succeeded in this role have come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including, media buyers, marketing coordinators, high-level hospitality, hairdresser/barbering, and long-term retail.

I have worked in a sales role, including telemarketing or door-to-door, in any capacity for 6+ months and want a full-time, relationships-based sales role.

I have worked in a full-time capacity for several years, in a role that requires a high number of short conversations.

Package

Base + Commission Structure

$77K - $88K Base incl. Super, depending on existing experience

Earning estimates in year one: $85K - $99K

Earning estimates in year two: $100K - $120K

Work computer and work phone provided

Marrickville, no work from home until promotion

Expectations

Applicant must have worked full-time for a single employer for 12+ months, in any industry

Small and personal office environment in Marrickville

9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with infrequent additional hours

Limited opportunities for long holidays within first year

Training theory is 2 x weeks part-time (4 x hours per day, paid accordingly)

Commercial-level of English and Maths

Proficient with computers, intermediate Word, basic Excel skills

Able to provide 2 x references from former managers or teachers

Interstate travel once per quarter
