We are a guerrilla and ambient marketing company, based in Marrickville, seeking an entry-level sales person (Business Development Manager) to join our team and industry, long-term. Training and coaching are provided in-house.

We can accommodate a person completing studies in 2025.

Package

· Base + Commission Structure ($66K Base incl. Super, uncapped commissions)

· Earning estimates in year one: $70K - $75K

· Earning estimates in year two: $90K - $110K

· Work computer and work phone provided

· Marrickville, no work from home

· One-on-one coaching by experienced industry professionals

· Opportunity for promotion from 6 months, with an expectation for promotion by 12 months

Expectations

· Applicant must have worked full-time or equivalent (eg study+work) for a single employer for 12+ months

· Small and personal office environment in Marrickville

· 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (unless accommodating final studies) with infrequent additional hours

· Limited opportunities for 3+ days of holidays within first year

· Training theory is 2 x weeks part-time (4 x hours per day, paid accordingly)

· High school proficiency in English and Maths

· Adept with computers

· Able to provide 2 x references from former managers or teachers

· Possible interstate travel once per quarter
