Position Summary:
We’re on the hunt for a whizz-bang Marketing Assistant to join our small team selling beautiful baby products both online and in person.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Co-Founders to help supercharge our brand and boost sales. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone eager to build marketing and sales experience across a variety of channels — digital, face-to-face, and traditional. We're looking for someone who’s confident on social media, data-driven, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
The role is based at our HQ in Narellan, NSW, and spans markets in Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. You’ll play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of our omni-channel marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations & Campaigns
Update and maintain the marketing calendar by ensuring all campaign tasks are tracked, completed, and aligned with project timelines.
Assist in executing multi-channel campaigns (lead generation, sales-focused) across digital platforms.
Design and develop marketing assets, graphics, and EDMs in support of sales campaigns and communication efforts.
Create and schedule content for social media across three key markets; manage inboxes and collaboration requests.
Content Creation & Digital Management
Work with the team to produce compelling long-form blog and article content for our nurture sequences, including topics in the baby/pregnancy space.
Create video and photo content for use across social media and website platforms. Including spontaneous social content from our HQ in Narellan.
With direction and in collaboration with our Marketing manager, generate ad creative for paid media campaigns and stay current with trending media topics relevant to our audience.
Feed and coordinate content with retail partners to maintain brand alignment.
Website & CRM Oversight
Conduct daily edits and product updates to the Bambini website, ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and voice across markets.
Manage and maintain data integrity in Hubspot CRM, including input monitoring and housekeeping.
Retail & Sales Support
Monitor partner retail websites and socials for correct implementation of marketing content.
Assist the retail sales team with marketing collateral and support as needed.
Help maintain and evolve the brand tone of voice, ensuring all materials are aligned and distinctive.
Product Launch & Market Expansion
Support the introduction of new products and entry into new markets through marketing initiatives and promotional support.
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in national expos and events, representing the brand and demonstrating products to achieve sales targets.
Provide support to the in-store team during peak times, which may include direct customer service and sales.
Help with general upkeep and organization of the shop environment.
Assist the Customer Care team during high-demand periods, ensuring timely and helpful customer responses.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot).
Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and initiative-lead
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Skills & Experience:
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
1+ years experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships or junior roles acceptable).
Some experience in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Some understanding of CRM platforms (preferably Hubspot).
Content writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a clear understanding of tone of voice and its’ impact on a brand
Understanding or willingness to learn with website CMS (e.g., Shopify, WordPress). And/or including coding skills.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
Understanding of analytics and their role in marketing decisions.
A creative eye for visual storytelling through video, photography, and design.
