We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and motivated Property Manager to join the team!

About the Role:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate routine and maintenance, liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Conduct regular property inspections (entry, routine, and exit) and prepare detailed condition reports
• Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding lease terms, rent reviews, renewals, and general tenancy matters
• Monitor rental arrears and manage the arrears process, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Utilise full leasing support and remote admin assistance to streamline day-to-day operations, allowing focus on client relationships and portfolio performance

Skills and experience:

• Current QLD Driver License
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Ideal candidate will bring 2+ years’ experience in property management
