What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to hero for tenants – handling requests, solving problems, and making sure everyone’s happy
(and rent is on time 😉)

Oversee day-to-day property operations like a boss (because you are one)

Coordinate maintenance like a symphony conductor (but with fewer violins)

Keep budgets on track and expenses in check

Keep your owners up to date, in the know and get the best returns possible

Help our properties shine – inside and out

What You Bring:

Experience in property management (you’ve seen a lease or two)

Great communication chops – written, verbal, even emoji 😎

Problem-solving skills that rival MacGyver

A cool head and a warm heart – our tenants will love you

Bonus points for knowing property management software (Console Cloud, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate)
