Due to continued growth, our client – a prestigious, multi-office real estate brand on the Sunshine Coast – is now seeking an Experienced Property Manager to take the reins of a small, well-managed portfolio (approx. 110 properties).

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage a small portfolio with full support
• Conduct Entry & Exit Reports
• Handle rental reviews, lease renewals & arrears management
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Deliver top-tier service to both landlords and tenants
• Use streamlined, cloud-based property management software

About You:

• You’ve worked in Property Management before and know the ropes
• Hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Have a valid driver's licence
• You’re organised, efficient and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude to work each day
• Professional presentation and clear communication are your strengths
