We are currently seeking Property Managers to join our property management team at our Forest Lake and Sunnybank Hills offices. The role will see the successful candidates taking care of a property investment portfolio and assisting both tenants and landlords.

The ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:

· Minimum of two years’ experience in property management

· Ability to achieve KPIs

· Friendly and polite demeanor

· Ability to handle complaints and problem solve

· Punctual and professionally presented

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Responsible with good attention to detail

· Excellent computer and organisational skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidates must have a Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate. Regular working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
