What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a small portfolio of commercial properties to develop hands-on experience under the supervision of our head of department.

Supporting senior property managers with day-to-day tasks while learning from their expertise

Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors

Coordinating maintenance and inspections

Assisting with lease agreements, lease renewals and compliance requirements

Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks

Assisting with the onboarding of new properties and tenants into our management system

Financial management and reporting

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

A university degree will be highly regarded, but not mandatory

Attention to detail, good with numbers and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Previous exposure to real estate or property management will be highly regarded, but not mandatory.

Previous experience with organising trades and maintenance will be highly regarded, but not mandatory.

A valid driver’s license and reliable car

Real estate salesperson licence (Qld) – Required. However if you don’t have it, we will put you through the short course.
