Exercise your excellent customer service skills through being the first point of contact for Outback Batteries customers across retail channels. You are responsible for the face-to-face sales of, and for simple installations of our battery products. On the job training can be provided for installation of battery products if required.

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide excellent, thorough customer service with a willing attitude to provide tailored solutions to all customers.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION
Ensure customer satisfaction through simple installation of battery products.

STORE & WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
Ensure the smooth operation of both the Store & Warehouse

WORKPLACE HEALTH & SAFETY
Ensure that the work environment of your store and all work is completed in accordance to workplace health and safety requirements.

CRITERIA

Must hold a current driver’s licence

A current forklift licence (Preferred)

Technical knowledge and experience with 12V systems would be a great advantage but is not essential

Must be an Australian resident

Must be available to work on Saturday’s

ROLE

Full Time

Mondays 8am to 5pm and every second Saturday 8am to 12pm

An RDO each month

$76,000 PA Plus Super
