Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking for a flexible, rewarding role? St Paul’s Early Learning Centre (ELC) and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) are seeking a dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our dynamic team on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement play-based learning experiences for children

Ensure the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children in the program

Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community

Support the day-to-day operations of both the ELC and OSHC programs

Requirements:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Previous experience in an early learning or OSHC setting

NT Ochre Card – Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certificates

Desirable Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Experience of working from a trauma informed perspective

Current Respond to Abuse and Neglect and Mandatory reporting – Education and Care Training
