We’re looking for a Dental Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team 4-5 days per week and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our thriving dental practice. About Us
Bannockburn Dental isn’t your typical dental practice. We are Bannockburn’s longest operating dental clinic, having provided outstanding patient-focused care in a friendly and caring environment for over 30 years! From in-house dental crowns to digital scanning and on-site 3D x-ray facilities, Bannockburn Dental is committed to providing the best possible treatment and customer service for Bannockburn and surrounding communities. Our skilled and friendly staff support four dentists, whose experience span from dental implants, same-day crowns, full-mouth restoration and clear aligners.
From the moment our patients walk in the door, they receive genuine care from our reception team, dental nurses and dental practitioners alike. We pride ourselves on our supportive and fun environment that attracts long-term, quality people. We invest in our staff through professional-development and are looking for a practice manager that is passionate about investing in our dentists, reception and support team.
After 15 years developing her skills and experience in our practice, our practice manager is moving on to a new opportunity in a different industry. We are now looking for our next practice manager to continue fostering our staff, and to inject their own experiences and leadership style into the team dynamic. The new practice manager will work alongside Jason (our principal dentist and practice owner) to continue growing and cultivating the practice.
In 2025, our practice is focused on strategic growth, with priority areas including implementing new technology, optimising standard operating procedures and displaying the values we communicate through our internal and external marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Patient relations: Oversee daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient service, including patient satisfaction.
Financial management: Complete financial tracking and manage all financial related processes, along with budgets, including the ability to reconcile financial accounts, track payments and provide weekly reports.
Team management: Manage and support clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews. Also, monitoring and reporting on key drivers for dental practitioners to ensure the health of the practice thrives.
Compliance oversight: Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations (Eg. QIP accreditation), emergency procedures and accurate audit record keeping.
About you:
Experience: Proven experience in a similar management role, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting.
Leadership skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Technical proficiency: Ability to generate financial/KPI reports, along with the ability to adapt and implement new technologies and systems.
Dental experience: Excellent knowledge of dental industry standards and regulations, or equivalent standards in other health industries.
Dental technology: Ideally you have proficiency in dental practice management software (Ie. Exact).
Problem solving: Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities with good literacy skills.
