Located in the heart of Malvern, The Derm Lab is a state-of-the-art cosmetic medical clinic recognised for its clinical excellence, cutting-edge treatments, and highly skilled team of doctors, nurses, and dermal clinicians. The clinic is renowned for delivering advanced, results-driven aesthetic care across a wide range of skin, hair, and body concerns.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused, premium environment and is passionate about creating a seamless and welcoming client experience from the very first point of contact.

About the Role

As the front face of the clinic, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and registering clients on arrival, managing all communications including phone calls and emails, and handling appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling. You’ll support the clinical team by managing the day-to-day flow of treatments, assisting with pre- and post-treatment follow-ups, and ensuring that clients enjoy a calm and professional experience throughout. Additionally, you’ll process payments, complete end-of-day banking, oversee stock control and ordering, and manage the opening and closing of the clinic.
