Job Title: Chiropractic Receptionist

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team. The Chiropractic Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our clinic.

Role is part-time with approximately 23 hours a week of work

This role will primarily be as receptionist; but we are after someone who is tech-savy, someone who would be able to complete some hours at home for various administrative tasks for the Practice

Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, both in person and over the phone.

Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.

Verify patient information and insurance details accurately.

Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services.

Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

Assist chiropractors and other staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office setting welcome, but not necessary.

Tech-Savy a must!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
