Paul Sadler Swimland Parkwood Green is looking for highly motivated, fun and energetic people to join the team. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Swim Teachers & Trainees. No experience necessary, full training is provided.

We offer a fun, supportive environment where we teach over 2800 children to swim every week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The position is initially a part time role of up to 10 hours per week. With room for growth in the role and ongoing training provided this is a role that will grow with you. Availability during mornings, evenings and weekends is required and shifts can vary. We offer a supportive environment with a family feel that you will experience within the team and with our customers.

ABOUT YOU...

You will play a pivotal role in providing our swimmers with a positive learning environment that they look forward to each week. This is a fast paced, fun environment. You will;

Love working with children (Working With Children check mandatory requirement)

Thrive in engaging and communicating effectively with people of all ages, from our swimmers all the way through to parents and grandparents, along with our team.

Be comfortable working on and learning our customer management database (training will be provided).

Be a passionate advocate for learning and applying our brand policies

Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction - primarily with our swimmers and also with parents.

Have an outgoing and friendly personality
