About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Receptionist to support a dynamic and innovative team on a temporary, part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your organizational and interpersonal skills to a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and stationery supplies across all areas
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Greet visitors and ensure a warm, professional welcome
• Prepare and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to guests and staff
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Organize catering and IT equipment for meetings as required
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Monitor and manage carpark entry and exit

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate the office environment
• Proficient with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, and D365
• Professional phone manner and customer service approach
• Previous experience in a Reception or Administrative role is highly regarded
