Joni & Co is a busy grooming salon and pet boutique, offering a range of pet products and services in Fitzroy.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Reception duties

o Scheduling appointments

o Tending to all client queries

o Liaise with the team to ensure the day runs smoothly

o Managing client accounts

o Banking reconciliation

o Ensuring the reception area is maintained

Our ideal applicant:

Ø Excellent team worker

Ø Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities workload

Ø Experience as a veterinary nurse or a medical or veterinary receptionist is desirable

Ø Exceptional organisational abilities

Ø Excellent customer service

Ø Advanced telephone & administrative skills

Ø Self- motivated and punctual
