About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to responsible for establishing robust frameworks for healthcare related security administration, governance and compliance matters in line with AS 4485.1-1997

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Work with the Metro North Health General Manager Health and Safety Services and Facility Executive Directors to lead the security management and governance framework which includes procedures, security physical risk assessment model, security plan and audit functions.
• Participate in and manage the performance and development planning of self and staff who have a professional reporting line to this position.
• Collaborate with the Metro North Health interprofessional executive leadership teams to promote strategic development and growth and support others to implement policies, plans, and contemporary service delivery models.
• Initiate, analyse and report process re-design service activities and instigate contemporary and innovative models that support interprofessional teams to achieve integrated and specialised services across the continuum to achieve fiscal, workforce and service outcomes.
