About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is more than a sales role, it’s an opportunity to shape long-term partnerships and bring value to clients through tailored, premium cold storage and ice-making solutions.
You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities across diverse sectors, cultivating strong relationships, and helping clients select equipment that genuinely meets their needs. With a respected brand behind you, a comprehensive suite of solutions, and robust internal support, you’ll be well-equipped to deliver both confidence and results to your customers.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Generating new business across a variety of commercial sectors
Managing and expanding an existing portfolio of valued clients
Developing customised proposals and presenting tailored solutions
Working closely with our national sales and technical service teams to ensure smooth execution
Representing our brand with professionalism at trade shows and industry events
Monitoring market trends and identifying emerging business opportunities

About You
You’re someone who naturally builds trust and rapport. You take the time to understand your clients’ operations and challenges, and you're driven by the satisfaction of delivering real solutions, not just closing a deal.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
A solid track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally within commercial or industrial products
A strong understanding of the NSW business environment and commercial landscape
The ability to work autonomously, think strategically, and follow through decisively
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a focus on outcomes and client success
Previous experience in refrigeration, foodservice, or related industries is advantageous but not essential
Salary & Benefits
$90,000 – $110,000 Base + Super + Car / Allowance + Comms
