Customer Service Administrator

Location: Seven Hills | Parking On site

Salary: $70K + Super

We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic leader in the medical devices industry.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in Seven Hills, offering a stable team environment and long-term career prospects.

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Processing quotes, questions, and purchase orders

Managing and closing support tickets in Zoho

Processing GRAs (Goods Return Authorisations) for the above customers

Sending backorder updates to resellers

Printing brochures for Product Specialists

Assisting with the organisation of conferences and tradeshows

We are looking for candidates who:

Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to communicate clearly and warmly, both verbally and in writing.

5-7 years of experience in customer service and administration

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills - you know how to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

A collaborative, can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results.
