As part of our rapid business growth, we are seeking a dedicated and attentive Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in St Marys. This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start.

We are currently growing and looking for a new Office Administration and Customer Service Officer. This role is crucial for improving our operations and supporting our team as we continue to innovate and work towards a greener future.

Role Overview
This exciting opportunity involves managing critical company data, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support our operations, sales, and logistics teams. Additionally, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a high level of responsibility, and excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support and office coordination.
- Undertake detailed data entry, retrieval, and document management processes.
- Manage and monitor company data, ensuring accuracy and reliability for operational, sales, and logistics functions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle daily invoices and statements.
- Oversee company documents including insurance and vehicle registrations.
- Support the Director and Managers with various administrative tasks.
- Arrange purchases of office consumables and equipment.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent, accurate reporting.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Legal work rights in Australia (Permanent resident or citizen).
- Mandarin speaking skills are a plus but not essential.
- Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageous.
- Experience in data management is essential.
