About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Headland Technology Pty Ltd. This full-time role will be based in our East Brisbane office, providing critical administrative and customer service support to our growing business. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience.

What you'll be doing

Providing prompt and friendly customer service, responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Processing orders, returns, and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintaining detailed records and updating customer information in our database

Assisting with the coordination of appointments and scheduling

Supporting the wider administrative functions of the business as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the technology or professional services industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

A friendly, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
