THE ROLE
This isn’t just a "drop off the brochure" type of sales gig. You’ll be out meeting people, asking the right questions, understanding what’s going on with their equipment — and recommending the right products and solutions to help them run more efficiently.
You’ll have a mix of new business and account management – opening doors, following leads, and looking after clients you’ve already brought on board. You’ll be selling:
Industrial and food-grade lubricants
Hydraulic, gear, and chain oils
Greases, degreasers and cleaning products
Automatic lubrication systems
Oil analysis and condition monitoring services
You don’t need to know all the technical details upfront – we’ll train you. What matters is that you’re curious, credible, and confident having real conversations on site.
ABOUT YOU
You’ve been in sales long enough to know it’s about trust, timing, and asking the right questions. Maybe you’ve sold into mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors before. Or maybe you’ve just got a knack for connecting with people and backing it up with strong follow-through.
What you bring to the table:
B2B sales experience (ideally in a technical or industrial space)
A knack for building trust and long-term relationships
You're a self-starter – someone who’s proactive and takes pride in what they do
You’re comfortable getting your boots a little dirty and talking shop with people on-site
A driver’s licence and willingness to travel within your territory
SALARY AND BENEFITS
BASE $80,000 - $110,000 | Super 11.5% | Car 0R Car Allowance | Commissions
