ISA Healthcare Solutions (ISA) is looking for a high-performing business development manager with strong health industry experience and professional networks to win new and grow existing accounts for ISA's cloud-based electronic medical records system, MMEx.

As a Business Development Manager at ISA Healthcare Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, forging strong client relationships, and positioning our EMR software, MMEx, to be the preferred solution in community healthcare environments.
The BDM is responsible for full ownership of the sales pipeline from open to close. To expand the current customer base, the BDM will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new prospective customers and opportunities to increase income derived from the existing customer base as well as receive qualified leads from the broader team.
This is a permanent staff position with flexible work environments/arrangements, in the office and remote.
This role is suited to a highly motivated BDM who is looking to become part of an innovative team in the growing healthcare sector.
Your Responsibilities will include
Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in varying healthcare and IT industry segments. Owning account management activities/relationships to exceed customer expectations.
Strategic Outreach: Conduct/Coordinate tailored sales presentations, craft winning proposals/tenders, and close deals with confidence.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the healthcare and IT industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies. Conduct targeted campaign possibilities and develop the marketing collateral.
Sales Excellence: Consistently convert sales opportunities and build a high-value pipeline.
Collaboration: Work in partnership with ISA’s clinical, technical, customer success and implementation teams to build and maintain ISA’s strategic advantage through your growing knowledge of our products.

Marketing and Promotion: Ability to identify and define marketing campaigns, manage websites and social media platforms to reflect initiatives.
Captivating: Great presentation, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Energetic: Proactive with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.
Essential Skills and Experience
5+ years' business development experience
Relevant Degree or Certifications
Strong understanding of the Australian digital health market, particularly in primary and community care settings
Deep and extensive professional network within the healthcare and digital health sectors
Experience with practice management systems, electronic medical / health records software
Excellent written and spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and proactively as part of the wider team
Desirable Skills and Experience
Knowledge of / experience with data visualisation / business intelligence / reporting tools
Strong relationships with healthcare sub-sectors, especially Aboriginal community controlled health services (ACCHS) and community mental health services.
Knowledge of Healthcare standards including HL7, SNOMED-CT, ADHA Standards and FHIR
Experience in inter-vendor integration projects
