Join Our Team as an Administration Support Star!
Are you a detail-driven team player with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Reporting to our Administration Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the team by keeping apprentice, trainee, and host business records accurate and compliant.
You'll work closely with our Field Officers to ensure every apprentice’s journey starts strong, with all the right paperwork and a smooth orientation. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
Be the go-to support for our Field Officers, keeping documentation and compliance on track.
Keep our apprentice, trainee, and host business records accurate and up to date.
Organise and maintain records to ensure full compliance.
Collect and verify important apprentice documents, including training contracts, risk assessments, employment records, and right-to-work info, ensuring all data is accessible.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail to keep things moving smoothly.
Respond to team queries and provide the data and documents they need—fast.
Help keep the office running like clockwork by flagging issues and supporting daily operations.
Lend a hand with operational audits and compliance checks.
Tackle admin requests with professionalism and a “can-do” attitude.
Pitch in with general admin duties to support the wider team.
What you'll bring:
Strong communicator—both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised with great attention to detail.
Resilient, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
A team player who thrives on successful outcomes.
Knowledge of GTO compliance, apprenticeships, traineeships, or the VET system is a plus!
Full driver’s licence and ability to meet employment screening requirements.
