We are seeking an organised and efficient Student Diversity Support Administrator to join our College. In this role you will provide administrative support to the Pastoral Care Director and Learning Diversity Leaders and facilitate student data collection and evidence gathering from a range of sources for students with diverse learning needs.

Qualification and Requirements:

Essential

Proven experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage competing tasks with a high level of attention to detail

Desirable

Demonstrated understanding of and experience working with the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) process in schools.

Understanding of applicable legislation and ensure compliance with learning diversity programs.

Understanding of and experience with supporting students with additional learning needs in an educational setting.

Experience within a secondary school environment and with school systems, such as SIMON or Synergetic.

Current training qualification that meets the requirements of HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid and a willingness to complete every 3 years.

Current training qualification that meets the requirements of HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and a willingness to complete this annually.
