This is the Role…

Be the first point of contact including Client & Stakeholder liaison

Co-ordinate meeting rooms, refreshments, catering, supplies etc.

Manage all facets of the day to day running of the office

Manage info@ email, general correspondence, equipment maintenance, couriers and the like

Assist with adhoc administration including project admin & secretarial support for meetings, agendas, minutes, bid co-ordination, reports, some basic account fuctions etc.

Help co-ordinate workshops, seminars, events, functions and more
