The Role
This role will have responsibility for leading the development of multiple medium-density apartment developments. Partnering with market-leading architects and interior designers, these developments are very design focused and targeted to the high-end owner occupier market.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership for developments across feasibility, design, sales & marketing, construction and settlement. You will have a passion for high-end residential development, strong commercial acumen and will enjoy working collaboratively.

About You
It is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset & experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field
• Proven track record in residential development on the Eastern seaboard
• Demonstrated leadership skills with high level of emotional intelligence
• Understanding of full development lifecycle with proven experience managing a development end-end.
• Strong Project Management skills
• High attention to detail and passion for high-end residential development
