Our Client
Our client is a private property developer who have been in operation for 30+ years with an impressive track record across apartments, commercial, industrial and land development. This group are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Development Manager.

The Role
Working under the leadership for a Development Director, this role will be gain exposure to the full development lifecycle across apartment, townhouse and industrial developments. Heavily involved in the day-to-day management of the developments, you will focus on coordinating design/town planning, liaising with internal sales/marketing teams, managing authority and government relationships and exposure to feasibilities and reporting.

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum of 3 years industry experience working in development, architecture, property or construction.
• Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable.
• Ideally exposure to medium density residential developments
• Self-starter, driven personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.
