About the role

This is a full-time Development Manager role at Bathla', a leading property development company. As the Development Manager, you will play a crucial part in driving the strategic growth and success of Bathla's residential subdivision projects. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, from concept to completion.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all elements of the development lifecycle, including planning and approvals, design, construction, and handover

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, town planners, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure the successful delivery of development projects

Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Bathla's development processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Experience in property development, with a proven track record of successfully managing residential subdivision projects

Strong understanding of the planning and approval process, as well as experience navigating local government regulations and requirements

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools

Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
