As part of their global Customer Success team, you’ll be the strategic link between product and people - owning onboarding, engagement, adoption and retention for a portfolio of high-value customers. You’ll help clients realise real business outcomes while working alongside product, sales and tech teams to enhance the customer journey end-to-end. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead customer onboarding and rollout programs
- Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure product adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Support
- Identify growth opportunities & upsell/cross-sell within accounts
- Be the voice of the customer - drive feedback into product development
- Deliver product demos and run training sessions for users
- Analyse customer usage and churn risk; take proactive steps to drive retention
- Attend client meetings domestically and internationally
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific/analytical discipline
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
- Curious, driven and adaptable - comfortable working with evolving tech
- A natural problem solver with a genuine passion for customer experience
